1-0, 2-0, 2-1, 3-1, 4-1, 4-2, 4-3, 4-4, 4-5, 5-5
A run of 4 consecutive games from 4-1 down gave Murrayfield V a valuable point against a strong North Berwick side.
With
both Derek and Roger unavailable Alex stood in and played very well to
defeat Graeme McGregor easily. He later combined well with Colin in the
doubles for another impressive win. Why he's not playing doubles for
team 6 I don't know!!!
Bob put in his best performance since coming back from illness
and did well to win the pressure match at 4-4 which gave us the draw.
Bill
Fleming is playing really well for North Berwick this season and won
close games against Bob and Alex. It needed a good comeback from Colin
to defeat Bill 3-2 for the 2nd time this season.
Russell Frith played well and won his 3 as usual!
An excellent performance from the team!
